Camden’s Promise Charter School incorporates the Jostens Renaissance program as its motivational/ incentive tracking program. A rubric was implemented that tracked and rewarded positive behavior, academics and attendance. The system is premised on achieving set targets related to attendance, academics, and discipline. There are different levels of membership relating to these key performance indicators. Ranging from the lowest to the highest, students earn membership into the following levels: white, burgundy, gold, and platinum. As a significant extrinsic motivational piece, the school provides an incentive based field trip for all student participants who meet the stated benchmarks of the program.
